About AI usage

AI features — creating and editing surveys with AI, AI analysis, and more — draw from the AI usage allowance included in your subscription. No prepaid credits or top-ups needed. Usage beyond the allowance is billed only if you explicitly enable additional usage and set a spending cap.

Check usage and set the cap under "AI usage" in settings. The free trial also includes a limited AI allowance (additional usage can be enabled after you subscribe to Standard).

Frequently asked questions

What do I get during the free trial?
For 14 days after you sign up, you can use every Standard feature. No credit card is required. Enterprise features such as SSO are not included in the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you do not subscribe to Standard, editing, publishing, collecting responses, AI, and MCP stop. You can still sign in, view your surveys and responses, export CSV, and delete your account. Your data is not deleted, so you can pick up right where you left off once you subscribe.
What happens if I go over the monthly response limit?
Responses keep coming in, and overage is billed at $5 (tax included) per 1,000 responses, rounded up to the nearest 1,000.
How is AI usage billed?
The Standard plan includes an AI usage allowance — no prepaid credits needed. If you want to go beyond it, you can turn on additional usage in settings and set a spending cap. You are never billed above the cap.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
The features are the same. Annual billing ($390, tax included) costs about two months less than paying monthly for a year, and your response and AI allowances cover the full year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from billing settings; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
